Team Building Event WWP Weckerle Wilms Partner GmbH
On June 11, 2026, the day finally arrived: the Murder Mystery Geocaching in Herdecke for the employees of WWP Weckerle Wilms Partner GmbH was on the agenda. The meeting point was the town hall, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed the 67 participants. The excitement was palpable as the teams were divided into ten groups, ready to dive into the adventure. Equipped with tablets and a special app, the teams set off to solve the city's puzzles and collect as many points as possible.
The weather was perfect – pleasant, with the sky showing its best side. Ideal conditions for an exciting team building experience in Herdecke! Participants weaved through the picturesque streets, passing landmarks like the impressive Ruhr Viaduct and the historic Evangelical Church of Herdecke. Every corner of the city held new challenges, and the teams had to work together to tackle the tricky tasks.
During the three-hour tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always reachable by phone to help with any questions or difficulties. The competition was fierce, as everyone wanted to emerge victorious at the final award ceremony at the town hall. At the end of the day, it was the team 'Steuerfreie Zone' that claimed first place with an impressive 360 points. However, the competition was close on their heels: both the 'Abschreibungs-Asse' and the 'Vorsteuer Visionäre' also scored 360 points, keeping the tension high until the very end.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Herdecke offered participants not only the chance to discover the city from a new perspective but also to boost team spirit and collaboration. The mix of adventure and puzzle-solving made this day an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Whether exploring the Freiherr-vom-Stein Tower or tackling the final tricky task, the teams gave it their all, proving that team building in Herdecke is more than just an event: it's an adventure that brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.
