Team Building Event SA VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT
Antwerp, the charming city full of history and culture, was the setting for an exciting Geocaching adventure with the company SA VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT. On June 10, 2026, 16 enthusiastic participants gathered at the magnificent Town Hall, ready to experience the city in a completely new way. The teams were divided into three groups and set off with great anticipation for an afternoon full of puzzles, team tasks, and discoveries.
The weather was wonderfully cooperative, providing a pleasant atmosphere that was perfect for our adventure. Equipped with tablets, the teams embarked on an exciting journey through the streets of Antwerp. Landmarks such as the Plantin-Moretus Museum and the impressive Cathedral of Our Lady were highlights to discover. Each team was on its own to find the city's hidden treasures and collect valuable points along the way.
Throughout the tour, I, as the CityHunters team guide, was always reachable by phone to assist with any questions or minor obstacles. However, the teams mastered the challenges brilliantly and demonstrated true team spirit. It was impressive to see how the participants worked together to solve tricky puzzles and find creative solutions.
After 2.5 hours of excitement and fun, we reconvened at the Town Hall for the awards ceremony. The anticipation was palpable as the results were announced. Team 'The Eagles' triumphed with an impressive 270 points, securing first place. They were closely followed by the 'Diables Rouges' with 240 points and 'Las Besthaz' with 225 points. All teams delivered outstanding performances, and the joy of the shared experience was clearly evident.
This Geocaching event in Antwerp was not only an exciting competition but also a wonderful opportunity for a team building experience in Antwerp. Participants were able to discover the city's cultural treasures while growing closer as a team and creating unforgettable memories. Antwerp once again proved to be the perfect place for such an adventure, combining fun, culture, and a sense of community.
