Team Building Event Sponsor Compagniet AS
June 6, 2026, was the perfect day for a Geocaching adventure in Munich – with bright sunshine and clear skies accompanying us. The employees of Sponsor Compagniet AS gathered with excitement in front of Hotel Europa on Dachauer Straße, ready to discover the city from a new perspective.
After a warm welcome and an introduction to the world of Geocaching by me, the CityHunters team guide, the 40 participants were divided into six teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they embarked on their adventure, perfectly combining fun, adventure, and a team building experience in Munich. Each team set out to find the city's hidden treasures while enjoying Munich's fascinating atmosphere.
As the teams roamed the streets, their journey took them to some of the city's most impressive landmarks. Whether it was the majestic Frauenkirche, the informative Deutsches Museum, or the magnificent New Town Hall – there were puzzles to solve and challenges to overcome everywhere. These experiences not only fostered team spirit but also sparked the participants' curiosity and creativity.
The teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. This independence allowed participants to strengthen their team skills and rely on the individual strengths of each member.
After two exciting hours filled with discoveries and challenges, all teams reconvened at the starting point, Hotel Europa. The tension rose as the points were tallied and the award ceremony approached. It was a moment of joy and pride when the winning team was announced, and all participants shared their experiences with each other.
This Geocaching event in Munich will remain a vivid memory for everyone involved. It was a unique opportunity to explore the city in a playful way while growing together as a team. Team building in Munich once again proved to be a perfect combination of fun and learning. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in this wonderful city!
