Team Building Event Radisson Hotel Group
Prague, the golden city on the Vltava River, is always worth a visit, but a Geocaching event here takes the experience to a whole new level! On May 19, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding 54 enthusiastic employees from the Radisson Hotel Group through the winding streets of this enchanting city. Our adventure began at the famous Prague Astronomical Clock, where the participants gathered with eager anticipation.
Divided into eight teams, the participants embarked on their race through Prague. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they set out to discover hidden treasures and solve tricky puzzles. The spirit of team building in Prague was palpable as the teams roamed the picturesque streets, passing landmarks like the majestic Charles Bridge and the impressive St. Vitus Cathedral.
The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was electrifying. The teams worked closely together to overcome challenges and collect points. I was available by phone at all times to assist with any questions, but the teams tackled the tasks with flair and creativity. It was inspiring to see the participants push beyond their limits and elevate their collaboration to a new level.
After two exciting hours, we gathered again at the Prague Astronomical Clock for the award ceremony. The competition was fierce, but in the end, 'Group 4' secured first place with an impressive 210 points. Close behind were the teams 'Zapatero Go to jail' and 'Jackson 5,' who also scored 210 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy of shared success was palpable.
This Geocaching event in Prague was an unforgettable experience that not only strengthened team spirit but also brought the beauty and charm of this wonderful city closer. Team building in Prague is a unique opportunity to combine fun and adventure while discovering the cultural treasures of this city. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this fascinating metropolis!
