Team Building Event Qatna Medical GmbH
Geocaching is an exciting way to experience team building in Sindelfingen in a whole new way. On May 18, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding the employees of Qatna Medical GmbH on an unforgettable journey through the charming city of Sindelfingen as a CityHunters team guide. The event kicked off at Böblingen station, where 19 enthusiastic participants gathered promptly at 2:00 PM. After a brief introduction and division into four teams, the adventure began.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of Sindelfingen. During the tour, they were on their own, competing in a friendly rivalry against each other. The goal was to solve puzzles and complete team tasks to earn valuable points. With the Martinskirche in the background and the Schwätzweiber Fountain as one of the highlights, the city offered a perfect backdrop for this team building experience.
The weather was fantastic and contributed to the positive atmosphere. The teams explored the city with enthusiasm and were inspired by cultural highlights like the Sindelfingen City Gallery. Creativity, team spirit, and fun were at the forefront. As the team guide, I was always available by phone to assist with any questions or issues.
After two exciting hours, all teams reconvened at Böblingen station for the awards ceremony. It was a close race, but Team 'UNO' emerged on top with an impressive 420 points. They were closely followed by 'THE GLORIOUS FOUR' with 390 points and Team 'Pink' with 345 points. The joy of the experiences and shared successes was clearly felt by all participants.
Geocaching in Sindelfingen once again proved how much fun a team building event can be. It uniquely combines adventure, discovery, and collaboration. This event will surely be remembered for a long time and has brought the Qatna Medical GmbH team closer together. I'm already looking forward to the next team building in Sindelfingen and to guiding more teams on their journey of discovery!
