Team Building Event GETEC heat & power GmbH
On May 5, 2026, the day finally arrived: 40 enthusiastic participants from GETEC heat & power GmbH gathered at Hotel Zeitgeist in Warburg to take part in an exciting Geocaching event. The sun was shining over the city, promising a perfect afternoon for our team building experience in Warburg.
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into seven teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on an exciting scavenger hunt through Warburg. Known for its impressive architecture and rich history, the city provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable adventure. From St. Johannes Baptist Church to Erasmus Chapel, challenging puzzles and exciting tasks awaited around every corner.
During the tour, the teams were completely on their own, yet the spirit of competition was ignited: Who would collect the most points in the end? The participants displayed team spirit, creativity, and a lot of fun as they searched for the city's hidden treasures. Along the way, they passed landmarks such as the Berg-Goldschmidt House and the Museum im Stern, offering them a glimpse into Warburg's fascinating history.
After two intense hours filled with puzzles and teamwork, all teams returned to the starting point. Anticipation grew as the award ceremony approached. With 315 points, the team 'Flint stones' secured first place, closely followed by 'Team xtra dry' with 310 points. In third place was the team 'Titelverzeiliger' with a respectable 285 points.
The Geocaching event in Warburg was a resounding success and demonstrated just how much fun team building in Warburg can be. Participants left the event with smiles and many new memories. Once again, Warburg proved to be an ideal location for such a team building event, where adventure, culture, and team spirit are perfectly intertwined.
We are already looking forward to the next Geocaching adventure in this charming city and to many more enthusiastic participants eager to experience Warburg in this unique way. Until next time!
