Team Building Event FLO Systems
A bright blue sky and pleasant temperatures provided the perfect backdrop for our Geocaching adventure with the 31 participants from FLO Systems in Munich. The starting point for our exciting team building event was the elegant Le Méridien Munich, where I warmly welcomed the motivated participants.
After a brief introduction, I divided the group into five teams, who eagerly and enthusiastically embarked on their adventure. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Munich from a completely new perspective. The route took them to some of the city's most fascinating landmarks, including the impressive Frauenkirche, the historic New Town Hall, and the magnificent Munich Residence.
During the tour, the teams were on their own, competing for the title of the best Geocaching team. Participants solved tricky puzzles, completed creative team tasks, and discovered the city's hidden treasures. The competition for the most points added excitement and motivation, while the teams utilized their individual strengths and overcame challenges together. Team spirit and collaboration were at the forefront, making the team building experience in Munich an unforgettable one.
After three hours of adventure and discovery, the teams returned to the starting point, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Fanta6' secured first place with an impressive 315 points and was celebrated as the winner of the day. Teams 'Die Willis' and 'FLO Ninjas' followed in second and third place with 210 points each.
The Geocaching in Munich not only offered FLO Systems participants the opportunity to explore the city in an interactive and entertaining way but also strengthened team cohesion and promoted collaboration. This team building experience in Munich will surely be remembered for a long time and brought the participants closer together while also highlighting the fascination and charm of this wonderful city.
