Team Building Event Netze BW GmbH
On April 27, 2026, Eigeltingen offered us perfect weather for an exciting Geocaching adventure. The sun shone brightly over the charming town as 18 enthusiastic participants from Netze BW GmbH gathered at Hotel Lochmühle to dive into an unforgettable team building experience in Eigeltingen.
After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, the participants were divided into three teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they set off to uncover the secrets of Eigeltingen. The tour led them through the picturesque town center, past landmarks like the impressive St. Mauritius Church and hidden corners just waiting to be explored.
Each team was on its own to solve tricky puzzles and tackle creative team tasks. The challenge was not only to find the hidden treasures but also to grow together as a team and leverage each member's strengths. The team spirit was palpable, and fun was definitely not in short supply. The participants were enthusiastic, and the friendly competition between the teams added an extra layer of excitement.
After 2.75 hours of adventure and discovery, all teams reconvened at the starting point, Hotel Lochmühle, for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. Team 3 emerged as the shining winner with 255 points, followed by the King Team with 110 points and MPerformance with 75 points. There was great joy over the achievements, and there was much laughter and celebration.
This team building experience in Eigeltingen was a complete success and will surely remain in the participants' memories for a long time. The combination of fun, adventure, and teamwork made the Geocaching event a unique experience. Eigeltingen, with its unique atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop to grow together as a team and share unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in this enchanting town!
