Team Building Event Shows & Artists GmbH
Munich, the city of joy and culture, provides the perfect backdrop for an exciting Geocaching adventure. On April 14, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event as a CityHunters team guide for 35 enthusiastic participants from Shows & Artists GmbH. Our meeting point was the bustling Marienplatz, from where the teams embarked on an unforgettable team building experience in Munich.
After a brief introduction and division into six teams, participants received their tablets equipped with the CityHunters app. The anticipation was palpable as the teams set off to uncover the city's secrets. The route took them to some of Munich's most fascinating landmarks, including the impressive Frauenkirche and the magnificent New Town Hall. During the tour, the teams were on their own, competing for every point they could earn by solving puzzles and completing team tasks.
The weather was wonderfully cooperative, contributing to the positive atmosphere. Even though the sun occasionally hid behind a cloud, the temperature was ideal for exploring the city. Participants seized the opportunity not only to enhance their teamwork skills but also to experience Munich's cultural treasures from a fresh perspective.
After two thrilling hours of challenges and discoveries, all teams reconvened at Marienplatz for the award ceremony. The excitement was tangible as the points were tallied and the winning team was announced. Yet, regardless of their ranking, all participants shared one thing in common: the feeling of being part of a fantastic team building experience in Munich.
This Geocaching experience in Munich was not just an adventure but also a chance to strengthen team spirit and discover new facets of the city. Whether searching for hidden clues or solving tricky puzzles together, fun and collaboration were always at the forefront. Once again, Munich has shown us how versatile and inspiring a team building event can be.
