Team Building Event St.Ribs Holding GmbH

Murder Mystery Geocaching blends city exploration, puzzle-solving and teamwork into an engaging event concept that challenges and brings teams together. As a CityHunters team guide, on 25 January 2026 at 3:00 pm I welcomed a group of 25 colleagues from St.Ribs Holding GmbH at Frauenstraße in Munich, where the adventure began.

After a short briefing we split the participants into four teams. Each team was given a tablet with our app, which displayed the cases and the next crime scenes. The trail led the groups past landmarks such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the New Town Hall. The mix of technology and city discovery made the experience vivid and offered a fresh way to see Munich.

The teams were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing team tasks — communication, deductive skills and organization counted. I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour so I could quickly assist with questions or technical issues. The atmosphere was focused, yet cheerful and supportive.

The weather cooperated, making for a pleasant afternoon — slightly changeable but warm enough to enjoy the city. Shared experiences like this strengthen togetherness: you laugh together, puzzle together and celebrate small victories — real team building experience in Munich that resonates long after the event.

After roughly three hours all teams reconvened at Frauenstraße for the final awards ceremony. At the closing it was clear how much the format had fostered cohesion. For me as a team guide those moments are the reward: beaming faces, bright eyes and the sense of having achieved something together. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Munich will find Murder Mystery Geocaching to be an exciting, active and unifying option for companies, just like this great event.
