Team Building Event ZeBraS Ing.-GmbH
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of leading a special event on December 19, 2025 for the employees of ZeBraS Ing.-GmbH. At 1:00 PM, 14 participants gathered at Paradeplatz in Blieskastel, our central starting point for an exciting Geocaching adventure. I welcomed the group, gave a brief overview of the schedule and introduced the teams: three motivated groups competing against each other.
Equipped with tablets and our CityHunters app, the teams set off. The challenges varied: solving puzzles, completing creative team tasks and uncovering hidden clues. The coordinates led to some of the town's nicest spots, past landmarks like Schlosskirche Blieskastel, Kloster Blieskastel and the impressive Gollenstein. Exploring these places is what makes our team building experience in Blieskastel so special.
Although the weather put us to the test at first, it did not dampen the mood. On the contrary, rain and wind brought extra team energy and plenty of shared laughter — perfect ingredients for a lasting team building experience in Blieskastel. The teams worked independently, stayed creative and competitive. I was available by phone and provided helpful hints when requested.
After two hours everyone returned to Paradeplatz in Blieskastel for a joint debrief and awards ceremony. The excitement was high: the winning team Grinch took first place with 405 points, followed by Die Zwooer with 345 points and Stanleycup Winners with 330 points. The awards presentation was a wonderful finale, celebrating achievements and memorable moments together.
As a guide, I was especially pleased to see how quickly colleagues connected and came together. Geocaching in Blieskastel blends playful challenges with local discoveries and strengthens collaboration almost effortlessly. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Blieskastel will find adventure, fun and shared successes all in one and will leave the town with fresh impressions and a stronger team spirit.
