Team Building Event Natixis Investment Managers
The concept of our Xmas iPad Tour combines an interactive Scavenger Hunt, team challenges and a festive atmosphere into an engaging experience — ideal for company christmas parties and a team building experience in Frankfurt.
On 18.12.2025 at 14:15 I met the twelve participants from Natixis Investment Managers at Senckenberganlage as the CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the rules, we split the group into three teams. The goal was clear: within three hours collect as many points as possible by solving puzzles and completing creative team tasks.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly rivalry. I stayed reachable by phone in case of questions or technical issues, and I loved the energy and determination with which the groups set off. The festively decorated streets of Frankfurt provided the perfect backdrop for our challenges — passing the Alte Oper, the Römer and the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus there was plenty of puzzling and teamwork was front and center.
The team building experience in Frankfurt showed its best side that afternoon: with tricky puzzles as well as spontaneous photo tasks or short sprint challenges. The mix of competition, creativity and shared success quickly brought lots of laughter and genuine team moments. The weather cooperated, and the atmosphere was both lively and focused.
After exactly three hours all teams met back at Senckenberganlage for the awards ceremony. First place went to Team Boss with 220 points, followed by Nixmex with 180 points and Stella Family with 150 points. All participants received personalized certificates; the teams in places one to three also received medals.
Events like these show how effective team building experiences in Frankfurt can be: experiencing things together, laughing and celebrating successes — while discovering the city from a new perspective. I look forward to the next Xmas iPad Tour and to more teams wanting to explore Frankfurt in our playful way.
