Team Building Event Hessischer Schützenverband
Wiesbaden shows its special charm in the run-up to Christmas – festively lit, historic and welcoming. As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a Xmas iPad Tour for the Hessian Marksmen Association on 24 November 2025 at 4:30 pm, and the atmosphere was great from the start.
Twelve participants met at Mauritiusplatz, where I welcomed them and gave a brief rundown of the schedule. After a concise briefing the guests were split into three teams and handed their iPads. The tasks ranged from puzzling questions to creative team challenges – perfect ingredients for a lively team building experience in Wiesbaden.
The teams set off on their own, passing sights like the Marktkirche, Museum Wiesbaden and the Russian Orthodox Church while collecting points. The CityHunters app kept the excitement high: real-time highscores showed the intermediate standings and pushed everyone to give their best. I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions arose or technical help was needed.
The weather cooperated: not perfect, but pleasant enough to enjoy the route and soak up the festive atmosphere. Many teams used the short break to chat and explore the city – exactly what makes this event a valuable team experience. Team building experience in Wiesbaden thus takes on a playful new dimension.
After two hours everyone met again at Mauritiusplatz for the awards ceremony. The tension was high as the scores were tallied. The winning team received medals and well-deserved applause.
