Team Building Event Chiesi Pharmaceuticals GmbH
Twelve enthusiastic colleagues from Chiesi Pharmaceuticals GmbH gathered on the evening of 19 November 2025 full of anticipation for a CityHunters iPad Tour in Ljubljana.
We set off from the Grand Hotel Union in the city center, where I warmly welcomed the team and gave a brief introduction to the iPads and our CityHunters app. After the briefing we split into two teams and the adventure began. Our iPad Tour combined history, culture and modern technology in an entertaining way and provided the perfect format for a team building experience in Ljubljana: thrilling challenges, surprising discoveries and many shared aha moments.
The teams set off on their own, explored Ljubljana’s charming center and passed well known spots such as the Dragon Bridge, the Triple Bridge and St. Nicholas Cathedral. At several stations brainteasers and creative team tasks tested observation skills, communication and the joy of working together. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and clever team performances. I remained reachable by phone throughout and helped with minor technical questions or uncertainties, but stayed deliberately in the background so the groups could manage the competition themselves. The weather cooperated and contributed to a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere.
After about 1.5 hours everyone regrouped at the Grand Hotel Union for the award ceremony. It was a great finale: the winning team Behind the Ceens took first place with 165 points, followed by The Penguins with 135 points. Both teams showed great commitment and team spirit, exactly what our concept stands for.
Experiences like these not only strengthen team cohesion, they are simply fun and memorable. A team building experience in Ljubljana offers the perfect mix of city exploration, playful challenges and collegial encounters. I am already looking forward to the next event and to guiding more groups as they discover Ljubljana in new ways and succeed together.
