Team Building Event ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH
On November 14, 2025 at 3:30 PM I had the pleasure of leading a lively iPad Tour for ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH in Gau-Algesheim as the team guide. We met at Gerharz Weinerlebnis on Ingelheimer Straße, where I welcomed the 58 participants and gave a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads. The mood was great and the weather perfect — ideal conditions for a successful team building experience in Gau-Algesheim.
The group was split into 10 teams and off they went: each team operated independently, competing to score the most points. Our iPad Tour in Gau-Algesheim combines modern technology with urban curiosity — at various stations teams had to solve tricky puzzles and tackle creative team challenges. Points were awarded for correct answers, smart strategies, and strong team spirit.
As the teams wandered through the town center they discovered several of Gau-Algesheim's highlights: brief stops at the Rheinhessen Bicycle Museum, a look at the Gau-Algesheim synagogue, and charming squares in the town center and among the vineyards. The city exploration became a varied mix of culture, history, and play — exactly what a good team building experience in Gau-Algesheim is all about.
I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues came up. After exactly three hours we met back at Gerharz Weinerlebnis for the awards ceremony. The tension was high as the results were announced.
The winners: first place went to team Lebkuchen with 470 points. In second place was Christbaumkugeln with 465 points, followed by Schneemänner in third, also with 465 points. Teams finishing first through third received well-deserved medals — a celebratory end to a dynamic afternoon.
The iPad Tour was once again a great success: lots of fun, genuine camaraderie, and lasting team building experience in Gau-Algesheim. Events like this show how easily colleagues can get to know each other better while creating active memories. I am already looking forward to the next round in this charming town.
