Team Building Event Bayerischer Hof München
Munich enchants with its mix of history, lively urban atmosphere and surprising corners – the perfect backdrop for an experience that fosters team spirit.
On November 6, 2025 at 12:30 PM, 16 colleagues from the Bayerischer Hof Munich met me, their CityHunters team guide, at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof at Promenadeplatz. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction, participants were split into seven teams and shown how to use the CityHunters app on tablets. This made each group well prepared for our shared adventure.
Then the tour through Munich city center began. The teams were on their own and entered into a friendly competition: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks. Along the way they discovered familiar and hidden spots – from the distinctive silhouette of the Frauenkirche to interesting views near the Deutsches Museum and the impressive façades around the New Town Hall. These discoveries made the team building experience in Munich varied and engaging.
I stayed reachable by phone throughout in case anyone needed support or had quick questions. The weather cooperated, which lifted spirits and motivated the teams to tackle the challenges with fresh energy. The combination of puzzles, observational tasks and cooperation produced many shared aha moments and plenty of laughter.
After 2.5 hours we met again at the starting point – the Hotel Bayerischer Hof at Promenadeplatz – for the award ceremony. The points tally produced some exciting turns and in the end everyone celebrated the great moments, the spirited rivalry and the conversations that had sprung up. That playful togetherness, the city discoveries and the lasting shared memories are exactly what define the team building experience in Munich.
