Team Building Event EAST END COMMUNICATIONS GmbH
The 45 participants from EAST END COMMUNICATIONS GmbH met on November 3, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Max-Joseph-Platz, motivated, curious and ready for an interactive iPad Tour through Munich.
As the CityHunters team guide, I warmly welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the equipment and the CityHunters app. After the briefing, colleagues were divided into seven teams and each team received an iPad. Thus began the adventure: a modern Scavenger Hunt that combines history, culture and teamwork and is ideal for a team building experience in Munich.
The teams set off independently, explored the city and encountered creative tasks and puzzles at various stations. Many routes led past well-known sights such as the Frauenkirche, the New Town Hall and the Deutsches Museum. The challenges required observation, communication and ingenuity — exactly the ingredients that make for a good team building experience in Munich. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues arose.
The CityHunters app connected all groups live, displayed scores and kept the excitement high. Some teams relied on speed, others on strategy and creativity. The friendly competition, shared aha moments and the laughter during team tasks made it clear: this iPad Tour is more than just a city exploration — it creates shared experiences and strengthens team cohesion.
After one and a half hours everyone met again at Max-Joseph-Platz for the awards ceremony. In bright weather we celebrated the winning team: Gewinnerz secured first place with 225 points. In second place were Munich Warriors with 180 points, closely followed by Team V also with 180 points — an exciting result that showed how closely matched the teams were.
