Team Building Event Peer Gynt Tours AS
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a special Geocaching event for 38 employees of Peer Gynt Tours AS in Bergamo on October 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. We met at the Piazzale degli Alpini, where I gave a brief welcome and divided the group into six teams. After a short introduction with the most important tips and the distribution of the digital clues, the teams set off full of curiosity — this is exactly how a great team building experience in Bergamo begins.
The atmosphere was lively and cheerful from the start: teams searched, puzzled, and solved tasks to collect as many points as possible. During the tour the groups were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly spirit. I was reachable by phone for questions, but mostly could only offer support from a distance — trust and collaboration were at the forefront.
Bergamo showed itself at its best: perfect weather, bustling squares and fascinating sights such as Santa Maria Maggiore, the Cappella Colleoni and the Accademia Carrara accompanied the teams along the way. Time and again moments arose where teams had to come together to crack tricky puzzles or complete creative tasks — exactly what makes a team building experience in Bergamo so valuable and long lasting.
After two and a half hours all groups returned to the Piazzale degli Alpini for the awards ceremony. The tension was palpable as the scores were announced: Team Tre won with 225 points, followed by Knuttas Venner with 210 points and The Champions with 195 points. The winning team was celebrated with medals — a fitting end to a day full of dedication and team spirit.
