Team Building Event Weber-Hydraulik
With our Murder Mystery Geocaching we combine city exploration with tricky puzzles and real team spirit — this exciting event concept kicked off on October 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Güglingen. As the team guide I welcomed the 66 participants from the company Weber‑Hydraulik at our meeting point on Heilbronner Straße and briefly explained the plan before we split the group into ten teams.
Armed with tablets and our custom app, the teams set off and experienced genuine team building experience in Güglingen: the stations demanded problem solving, clear communication and creativity. The groups were on their own during the tour and competed for points; every correctly solved puzzle and every creative team challenge earned valuable points. I stayed reachable by phone in case anyone needed help, and I was pleased to see so many motivated teams throw themselves into the action.
Our route led colleagues past familiar landmarks, turning the Mauritiuskirche, the Old Town Hall and the open-air museum into surprising scenes of the investigation. The weather was pleasant and mild, just right for solving puzzles together and rediscovering the town. Many participants took the chance to see Güglingen from a new perspective and to strike up conversations with one another.
After three hours all groups returned to the starting point on Heilbronner Straße for the awards ceremony. First place went to Team Deniz with 330 points, followed by Die Leute in Blau with 315 points and Weber Hüüü with 285 points. Congratulations to the winners and well done to all participants — the day demonstrated how effective shared puzzling and cooperative work can be as a team building experience in Güglingen.
