Team Building Event TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH
Our event concept combines modern technology with playful city exploration to vividly strengthen team spirit — exactly what the 30 participants from TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH experienced on our iPad Tour in Schwäbisch Hall.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group that afternoon at the meeting point at the Weilerwiese. After a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app, the participants were divided into six teams. Then off they went: spread across the old town, the teams explored the city, solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks, all competing for valuable points.
The mix of history, culture and modern technology made the tour especially exciting. Along the way we passed well-known sites such as St. Michael, the Kunsthalle Würth and the Hällisch-Fränkisches Museum — ideal backdrops for the varied challenges. Spotting a detail or solving a puzzle immediately contributed to the shared sense of achievement.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own but could reach me by phone at any time if they had questions or technical issues. The CityHunters app provided live standings and added extra motivation — a perfect setting for an effective team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
After two intense hours we met back at the starting point for the awards ceremony. The weather cooperated, the mood was upbeat and appreciative. The winners were the team die drei s with 360 points. In second place were die schnitzelhunter, also with 360 points, and third place went to super tüv with 320 points — a close race that everyone enjoyed.
Moments like these show how powerful a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall can be: shared successes, happy memories and fresh insights into working together. For me as a guide this afternoon remains a lovely example of how city, play and team spirit can merge into a lasting experience.
