Team Building Event INTER Versicherungsgruppe
On October 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM, 19 colleagues from INTER Versicherungsgruppe set off for a shared adventure in Herrenberg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the marketplace, our central meeting point. After a brief introduction in which I explained the schedule and showed how to use the app, we split into four teams. That was the start of our interactive Geocaching event — a genuine team building experience in Herrenberg that combined play, discovery and cooperation.
With clear tasks and a tablet as their guide, the teams set out to explore the town on their own. The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team tasks: good communication and smart collaboration were the only ways to score points. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case of questions or technical problems — safety and support included.
The route led the teams past some of Herrenberg’s most beautiful spots. Particularly popular were the stations near the Stiftskirche, the bell museum and Herrenberg Castle, where teams enjoyed both brain teasers and scenic sights. Places like these make our team building experience in Herrenberg special: culture, atmosphere and team spirit meet playful competition.
With perfect weather, everyone had a great time, laughed a lot and admired the clever solutions of the different groups. Three hours later we met back at the marketplace for the award ceremony — a lovely finale that strengthened the sense of community.
The race was exciting: first place went to team Chakalakass with 390 points, followed by the braves with 375 points. In third place was Südteam with 360 points. Congratulations to the winners and a big well done to all teams for their commitment and the great atmosphere.
This Geocaching event proved once more how well fun and cooperation go together. The team building experience in Herrenberg is something colleagues will remember fondly for a long time.
