Team Building Event Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring
Eleven colleagues from Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring met me as their CityHunters team guide, promptly in the early evening, ready for a lively team building event in Mitte.
The meeting point was the Hotel Adlon on Unter den Linden, where I gave the group a warm welcome, briefly went over the schedule and explained the technology: tablets with our CityHunters app will guide you through the tasks. After splitting into three teams we set off — the perfect start for an active team building experience in Mitte.
The route took the teams across the city center and past well-known sights like the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and Museum Island. Along the way they faced a variety of puzzles and creative team challenges that earned points. The groups competed independently — cooperation, communication and good spirits were essential.
As team guide I was reachable by phone throughout the three hours for any questions or technical support. The weather cooperated, keeping the mood relaxed and sunny — ideal conditions to rediscover Mitte and tackle challenges together.
The tasks demanded problem-solving and creativity: cracking codes, deciphering clues and carrying out small team actions on site. That mix of fun, suspense and exchange is exactly what makes our format so effective for team building experience in Mitte — here adventure and collaboration come together naturally.
After three hours all groups returned to the Hotel Adlon for the awards ceremony. The results showed how different strategies can lead to success: the winners were Plastinetten with 240 points, followed by RRR with 195 points and Die Hübschen with 180 points. There was plenty of applause and many satisfied faces.
For me as the guide it was especially rewarding to see how shared fun and problem-solving brought the team closer. This Geocaching experience once again demonstrated why team building experience in Mitte is so effective: exciting discoveries, lots of interaction and memories that linger long after the event.
