Team Building Event OneLake GmbH
Copenhagen enchants with its maritime charm, historic facades and lively culture – the perfect setting for an active team adventure.
On October 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM I had the pleasure of meeting the OneLake GmbH group at Langelinie Allé for our Geocaching event. After a short welcome and introduction, participants received the necessary instructions and the technology that would guide the tour. We then divided the 19 colleagues into three teams, and the big discovery began.
The route took the groups across Copenhagen: past striking sights such as Amalienborg Palace, Rosenborg Castle and the green, vibrant Tivoli Gardens as the teams collected points. The team building experience in Copenhagen was less about speed and more about creative collaboration – solving puzzles, cracking codes and tackling tasks together. The teams were left to their own devices and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. I was available by phone throughout the tour to provide support when needed.
The weather cooperated, so the mood stayed cheerful and motivated. It quickly became clear how moments like these bring people together: colleagues discovered new sides of one another, laughed a lot and strengthened their bonds. That is exactly what makes a team building experience in Copenhagen so valuable – shared successes in interesting places create lasting memories.
After three hours all groups met back at Langelinie Allé for the awards ceremony. Victory went to The Golden Gallions with an impressive 255 points. In second place were The Crimson Corsairs with 180 points, closely followed by Black Tide Buccaneers in third with 165 points. There was great joy as the small prizes were handed out and the applause was heartfelt.
It was an all-around successful day: active, happy and connecting. If you want a team building experience in Copenhagen, a Geocaching tour like this is an excellent way to rediscover the city and bring your team closer together.
