Team Building Event Advantest Europe GmbH
Tübingen enchants with its historic charm and invites everyone to discover new things together.
On October 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming a lively group of 24 colleagues from Advantest Europe GmbH at Holzmarkt as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction and handing out the tablets with our CityHunters app, the participants were split into four teams and the adventure began: a genuine team building experience in Tübingen, done the interactive way.
With plenty of energy and smiles the teams set off. The route led them through well-known and hidden corners of the city – past Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, the Stiftskirche and the Hölderlinturm – and offered new puzzles and team challenges at every turn. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks, creative solutions and successful team actions. You could really feel how the team building experience in Tübingen strengthened collaboration and created a lot of fun.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in a friendly contest for the highest score. I was available by phone for questions or small hints, which kept the excitement alive while ensuring help was only a call away.
The weather cooperated and provided perfect conditions: sunshine, good spirits and many shared moments that will be remembered for a long time. Between the challenges there was time to enjoy the atmosphere of the city and to chat – exactly what makes an effective team building experience in Tübingen.
After three hours everyone met back at Holzmarkt for the awards ceremony. The winning team Supplier Bandits celebrated with 345 points, followed by STD Semi with 285 points and The roaring asics! in third place with 270 points. Applause and beaming faces rounded off the afternoon.
It was a thoroughly successful afternoon: exciting, connecting and full of positive energy. Geocaching with CityHunters remains a fantastic way to bring a team building experience to life in Tübingen and to rediscover the city in a playful way.
