Team Building Event Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG

City of Brussels repeatedly shows its charming and lively side, making it the perfect place for an active company outing.

On September 29, 2025 at 6:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming 24 colleagues from Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG as the CityHunters team guide for a special evening. Our meeting point was the Parc de Bruxelles, from where our joint Geocaching tour of the city set off. After a brief introduction I explained the procedure and how to use the CityHunters app on the tablets provided; then the participants were divided into four teams and set off.

This team building event focused on fun, curiosity and collaboration — a real team building experience in City of Brussels. The teams explored the area around the Grand-Place, discovered clues near Manneken Pis and passed impressive sites such as the Royal Palace and the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula. At many stops there were tricky puzzles and group tasks to solve; by combining the right answers and using creative approaches the groups collected points.

During the tour the teams were largely on their own but stayed in contact at all times: I was reachable by phone for technical questions or other concerns. The fine weather added to the upbeat mood and made the event a very relaxed team building experience in City of Brussels.

After exactly two hours all teams met again at the Parc de Bruxelles for the awards ceremony. Tension was high as the results were announced: First place went to the team Three ist acrowd with an impressive 255 points. In second place was Sixstarplus with 225 points, closely followed by Happy Hunters in third with 195 points.

It was a thoroughly successful evening: Geocaching in City of Brussels offered not only a playful competition but also plenty of opportunities to get to know each other better and grow together as a team. Experiences like these make for perfect team building activities and leave lasting, positive memories.
