Team Building Event Planwerk Frank Weiß GmbH

As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for Planwerk Frank Weiß GmbH on September 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting point was Terrassenufer, where we welcomed the 13 participants, gave a short introduction and split them into two teams. After a brief briefing, each group received the necessary equipment and information for the tour so everyone could start fully prepared.
The route took participants across the city center, with a team building experience in Dresden at its heart. At several stations they encountered puzzles and joint tasks that required decoding clues, thinking creatively and working closely together. Along the way the city offered plenty to see — from the Frauenkirche to the Semperoper and the Zwinger — and the teams mixed sightseeing with tricky challenges.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed against each other in friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks; as team guide I was available by phone in case any technical questions or clarifications arose. The weather was pleasant, so everyone could enjoy the atmosphere and the active time outdoors.
After 2.5 hours everyone gathered again at Terrassenufer for the awards ceremony. Excitement filled the air as the scores were announced: first place went to Team 2 with 330 points, closely followed by Team Die Sieger with 225 points. The joy of shared experiences and small victories was what mattered most to everyone — exactly what a good team building experience in Dresden is all about.
This day once again showed how quickly groups bond when fun, adventure and cooperation come together. If you are looking for a team building experience in Dresden, I can only recommend a Geocaching tour like this: playful, energizing and full of memories.
