Team Building Event DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH
Besigheim enchants with its historic charm, narrow lanes and striking views of the castle cliffs.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event on 24.09.2025 at 09:00 for 25 colleagues from DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH. The meeting point was Besigheim train station, where I welcomed the group, briefly explained the schedule and the technology: each group received a tablet with the preinstalled CityHunters app so the teams could set off on their own discovery tour.
The 25 participants were divided into four teams and set off full of energy on the Scavenger Hunt. Throughout the tour of Besigheim creativity, problem-solving and communication were key. The tasks led the teams to impressive places such as the Evangelical town church, Lower Besigheim Castle and Upper Besigheim Castle — perfect backdrops for tricky puzzles and fun team challenges. I remained reachable by phone throughout the game in case questions or technical problems arose.
The weather showed a fresh autumnal side and contributed more to the atmosphere than to trouble: light rain and strong wind heightened the sense of togetherness and the motivation to find solutions together. Conditions like these particularly promote team building experience in Besigheim, because shared successes bring people closer.
After two hours all teams met again at Besigheim train station for the awards ceremony. The tension was high — and the joy over the results even higher: the winners were the team TimTams with 405 points. In second place came 5 Engel für Cesar with 301 points, closely followed by Findet Sonja with 300 points. Applause for all teams: fun was clearly the priority and everyone impressed through teamwork and good spirits.
This event once again showed how well team building experience in Besigheim works: discovering, puzzling, laughing together and making memories. I look forward to the next tour through Besigheim and to inspiring teams again and supporting them as a guide.
