Team Building Event Framatome GmbH
The weather could not have been better – sunshine and pleasant temperatures accompanied our Murder Mystery Geocaching through Würzburg.
On September 17, 2025 at 4:30 PM I met with 14 employees from Framatome GmbH at Hotel Restaurant Walfisch, Am Pleidenturm, to kick off an exciting team building experience in Würzburg. After a short introduction I split the group into three teams, handed out the tablets with the app and explained how the interactive Murder Mystery Geocaching would work.
The route led the teams across the city center and made familiar places look new. Stops around the Würzburger Residenz, the Alte Mainbrücke and the Festung Marienberg became the scenes of mysterious cases. Participants gathered clues, solved puzzles and completed team challenges – always aiming to score as many points as possible.
Throughout the tour the teams were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly spirit. Points were awarded for correct answers and good collaboration; I was reachable by phone during the tour in case support was needed. This mix of puzzles, technology and teamwork makes our team building experience in Würzburg particularly effective and entertaining.
After 2.5 hours all groups met back at the Walfisch for a joint debrief and awards ceremony. With great pleasure I announced the standings: winners were the team Greys with 315 points, followed closely by Nukleares with 300 points and No1Spare with 285 points. The winners received medals and well-deserved applause.
It was impressive to see how much energy and creative thinking the teams brought to the challenge. The event promoted not only communication and problem-solving skills, but above all provided fun and shared moments of success. Such moments stay with the team for a long time – a real highlight of the team building experience in Würzburg.
I am already looking forward to the next time we explore the streets of Würzburg, follow the clues and celebrate our successes together.
