Team Building Event MAC Mode GmbH & Co. KGaA
What a glorious day — perfect weather accompanied our iPad Tour through Regensburg and put everyone in a great mood from the start.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 15 employees of MAC Mode GmbH & Co. KGaA at Kohlenmarkt on September 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app the participants were split into three teams and the adventure began.
Our tour blended modern puzzle fun with fascinating insights into the historic old town: between Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall the teams tackled creative tasks, tricky riddles and shared challenges. Sightseeing became an active experience and genuine team building experience in Regensburg.
During the tour the teams were on their own and worked independently to collect as many points as possible. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for the team tasks that demanded communication, observation and inventiveness. I stayed reachable by phone in case questions arose or technical help was needed.
The atmosphere was consistently positive: loud laughter, creative solutions and the joint problem-solving strengthened the team spirit. That is exactly what makes our concept so convincing — team building experience in Regensburg that is fun and creates lasting bonds.
After about 1.5 hours all teams met again at Kohlenmarkt for the joint award ceremony. The scoring was exciting until the last minute: first place went to team MAC-Jeans-Lovers with a strong 225 points. In second place was Superchefs with 210 points, closely followed by Unschlagbar in third with 165 points.
This event once again showed how well culture, technology and team spirit can be combined. Anyone who wants to discover Regensburg while strengthening team cohesion will find the ideal format here. Team building experience in Regensburg — interactive, entertaining and unforgettable.
