Team Building Event Pro Seniore Kurfürstendamm
Under bright sunshine our Geocaching event turned into a complete success.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the 11 participants from Pro Seniore Kurfürstendamm at 3:00 PM on September 9, 2025 at our meeting point on Friedrichstraße. After a brief greeting and introduction we outlined the plan, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and split the group into five teams. The mood was immediately upbeat — ideal conditions for a successful team building experience in Berlin.
The tour took the groups across Berlin's historic Mitte. Following given coordinates the teams discovered well-known landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral, solved puzzles and completed creative team challenges. Points were awarded for correct answers and strong team performances — a playful way to require and encourage collaboration. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any team needed assistance.
The participants were on their own, had to communicate, delegate tasks and, above all, make decisions together. Moments like these are what make a team building experience in Berlin so valuable: you get to know colleagues from new perspectives and create shared moments of success.
After three hours all teams returned to the starting point on Friedrichstraße, where the award ceremony took place. I was delighted to announce the winning team AHörnchen with 255 points. Also performing strongly was Team B unbesiegbar, which finished with 255 points in second place. The excitement and applause showed how motivating the competition had been.
This afternoon once again demonstrated how much fun a team building experience in Berlin can be: engaging puzzles, impressive sights around the city and shared experiences that bring people together. I thank Pro Seniore Kurfürstendamm for their trust and look forward to many more adventures together in Berlin.
