Team Building Event Raiffeisenbank Bad Kötzting eG
The weather was perfect — bright sunshine accompanied our Geocaching day in Deggendorf.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 27 participants from Raiffeisenbank Bad Kötzting eG at the Grabkirche meeting point on September 6, 2025 at 12:00. After a brief introduction I explained the format and how to use the CityHunters app on the tablets provided, then the group was split into four teams. Starting at the Grabkirche was a great kick-off for a real on-site experience.
Then off they went: pure team building experience in Deggendorf. The teams set off on their own, followed coordinates, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues, but most of the time the groups were so focused and motivated that they approached the challenges with great enthusiasm.
The route led the teams past well-known city landmarks: the impressive Catholic Parish Church of the Assumption of Mary, the Donausteg Deggendorf and the Karl Tower were among the stations where knowledge, instinct and team spirit were called for. Again and again you could feel how the shared laughter and the friendly competition brought colleagues closer together.
The team building experience in Deggendorf today was not just an entertaining city exploration but a real chance to share strengths, practice communication and find solutions together. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks, and the sense of competition visibly energized the teams.
After two hours we met back at the Grabkirche for the awards ceremony. The tension was high, the result was celebrated with applause, and everyone left with laughing memories. The team building experience in Deggendorf delivered exactly what it promised today: fun, camaraderie and a touch of adventure.
It was a pleasure to guide this group through Deggendorf and see how much energy and team spirit there is at Raiffeisenbank. Events like these show how much shared activities connect people and how their impact lasts long after.
