Team Building Event Dornbach GmbH
The weather was perfect — bright sunshine accompanied our Geocaching day in Centre.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 30 motivated participants from Dornbach GmbH at the meeting point by the Louvre Pyramid on September 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM. After a short introduction the colleagues received tablets with the CityHunters app and were divided into five teams. The mood was cheerful and full of anticipation from the start, typical for a successful team building experience in Centre.
Then it began: the teams set off on a three-hour discovery tour through Centre, passing famous sights such as the Louvre itself, the Mona Lisa and later the Musée d’Orsay and the Luxembourg Garden. During the tour the groups worked independently on puzzles and team tasks, earning points for creativity, correct solutions and good cooperation. I remained available by phone as a guide, occasionally offering small hints, and I was delighted by the many solved tasks and creative approaches.
The dynamic between competition and team spirit was fantastic: all five teams gave their all, laughed a lot and found solutions together — exactly what makes a team building experience in Centre so special. The mix of navigation, puzzles and experiencing the city repeatedly creates intense shared moments and strengthens cohesion.
After exactly three hours we met again at the Louvre Pyramid for the awards ceremony. The winning team Mona 2025! prevailed convincingly and scored 240 points — as a reward they received shiny medals. Following them were Team 1 and 4 Gewinnt with 210 points each. The joy at the prize giving was great, and all participants went home smiling.
Events like this show that a team building experience in Centre combines adventure, fun and teamwork in a unique way. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this beautiful city and thank Dornbach GmbH for an energetic, sunny day full of discoveries and shared successes.
