Team Building Event ARS Altmann AG
Wolnzach enchants with its vibrant town center, local history and cozy squares, making it a perfect setting for a team building experience in Wolnzach.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming the 16 participants from ARS Altmann AG at the market square on September 1, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. After a short briefing and splitting into three teams our Geocaching tour through the town began. The mood was immediately upbeat and full of anticipation.
Armed with the CityHunters app and clear tasks, the teams set off. Along the route we explored familiar corners of Wolnzach — from the market square and the town hall to the German Hop Museum and St. Laurentius Church. At each stop there were tricky puzzles, team tasks and small surprises that demanded collaboration and creative thinking.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in a friendly battle for the highest score. I stayed reachable by phone as guide in case of technical questions or uncertainties, so every group could tackle their challenges in good spirits and with reliable support.
The team building experience in Wolnzach felt especially lively that day: collective problem solving, loudly celebrated successes and quiet planning moments all noticeably strengthened the sense of togetherness. The mix of puzzles, movement and city exploration boosted camaraderie and provided plenty of laughs and conversation.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to the market square for the awards ceremony. The winning team Trucker zu Fuß clinched victory with 420 points, closely followed by Ladies First with 390 points. In third place was Mädels mit Tom with 270 points. With perfect weather everyone celebrated, took photos and replayed the day in lively fashion.
This Geocaching event once again demonstrated how effective and entertaining a team building experience in Wolnzach can be: exciting, connecting and unforgettable. Many thanks to ARS Altmann AG for the great collaboration, and I look forward to the next adventure in Wolnzach!
