Team Building Event Raiffeisenbank im Oberpfälzer Jura eG
On 05.09.2025 at 09:15 I had the pleasure of accompanying a special Murder Mystery Geocaching for 6 people from Raiffeisenbank im Oberpfälzer Jura eG in Regensburg as a team guide. The meeting point was Kohlenmarkt 5 in the heart of the city – an ideal starting point for our exciting team building event. The weather cooperated, and the mood was immediately positive and expectant.
After a brief introduction I split the group into small teams and explained the course of the game: with tablets and our special app we set off on a search for clues through Regensburg. Well-known places such as Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall became the scenes of mysterious cases. The participants gathered clues, solved puzzles and mastered joint team tasks – always with a focus on cooperation and clever reasoning.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and well-executed team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout the entire playing time in case questions or technical problems arose, and was thus able to provide support without affecting the groups' spirit of discovery.
The game format combines a city tour, puzzle fun and interactive technology – a wonderful mix for a team building experience in Regensburg. The app guided the teams from station to station, showed crime scenes and presented tasks that demanded both brains and teamwork. In this way all participants experienced the city from a new perspective and discovered small details that are easily overlooked in everyday life.
After exactly 3.00 hours everyone met again at Kohlenmarkt 5 for a joint award ceremony. During a short review and the announcement of the points it became clear: it was not just about winning, but above all about shared experiences, new team cohesion and lots of fun. Events like this sustainably strengthen togetherness – genuine team building experience in Regensburg.
I am pleased that the Raiffeisenbank group was so enthusiastic and I am convinced that this Murder Mystery Geocaching will be remembered for a long time.
