Team Building Event Fischer Automobile GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of accompanying a lively iPad Tour for Fischer Automobile GmbH in Ingolstadt on 04.09.2025 at 14:00. The meeting point was Schloßlände 1 — a central starting point where I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction to the technology and sent off the five mixed teams. The weather cooperated and the mood was excellent from the start.
Our iPad Tour combines cutting-edge technology with playful discovery — a high-tech Scavenger Hunt that is perfect for a team building experience in Ingolstadt. Using the CityHunters app, the teams navigated the city, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. In this way colleagues got to know each other anew through play and strengthened their cohesion.
The participants explored well-known spots in the city, discovered architectural highlights and collected points at various stations. Landmarks such as the New Palace, the Münster Zur Schönen Unserer Lieben Frau and the Bavarian Army Museum came into view — ideal backdrops for tricky challenges and shared aha moments.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks. As team guide I was reachable by phone in case anyone needed support — but most of the time the team spirit on site was enough.
After about 1.75 hours all groups met again at the starting point Schloßlände 1 for the joint awards ceremony. There was great joy when the winning team Die Fischis secured first place with 270 points. In second place came Leberkas with 255 points, and third place was taken by Haie with 195 points. Congratulations to all teams!
This event wonderfully demonstrated how much fun a team building experience in Ingolstadt can be: excitement, strategy and shared laughter created a lasting boost for the team. I am pleased that we could accompany Fischer Automobile GmbH in this experience and look forward to soon going on a discovery tour through Ingolstadt together again.
