Team Building Event DACHSER SE

The 39 participants from DACHSER SE arrived on time and eager for a shared Murder Mystery Geocaching event in Mannheim.

As the team guide I welcomed the group at Dalbergplatz and gave a brief introduction to the schedule and the technology. After a short briefing the participants were split into six teams and given tablets with an app that guided them safely through the cases and tasks. The mix of puzzles, city exploration and digital clues made the team building experience in Mannheim come alive from the start.

The route led the teams past well-known spots such as Mannheim Palace, the Kunsthalle Mannheim and the National Theatre Mannheim — sights that became exciting crime scenes in the game. Along the way the groups gathered clues, solved tricky challenges and worked together to earn as many points as possible. During the tour the teams were largely on their own and engaged in friendly competition; I was reachable by phone at any time for questions or technical issues.

Perfect weather added to the great mood: laughter, discussions and strategic problem-solving filled the city's streets. The event clearly demonstrated how well playful challenges work for an effective team building experience in Mannheim — shared successes and trying out different roles noticeably strengthened team cohesion.

After exactly three hours all teams returned to Dalbergplatz to tally the points and celebrate the results. The podium: Team Number one took first place with 270 points and received medals. In second place Team Blumen scored 210 points, and Team Dachser SE finished third with 180 points. The award ceremony was an atmospheric finale that put recognition and team spirit at the forefront.

As a guide it was wonderful to see how Murder Mystery Geocaching brought colleagues together. Team building experience in Mannheim thrives on shared adventures, discoveries and the joy of solving tasks together — that is exactly what we experienced today.

I am already looking forward to the next time when we again explore the city's traces together and make new team building experience possible in Mannheim.
