Team Building Event DACHSER SE
Our event concept: an iPad Tour that combines city discovery, team spirit and modern technology – that is exactly what we experienced on September 1, 2025 with DACHSER SE in Kempten.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 25 motivated participants at 1:50 p.m. on Thomas-Dachser-Straße. After a short introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, colleagues were split into four teams. The iPads acted as the central hub: navigation, puzzles and live scoring provided excitement and pace – a genuine team building experience in Kempten.
Then we set off through Kempten's lively city center. The teams explored sights such as St. Lorenz, the town hall and the Fürstäbtliche Residenz, solved tricky puzzles and completed creative team tasks. During the tour the groups worked independently and competed in a friendly race for the most points. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any technical questions or issues arose.
The tasks demanded keen observation, clear communication and creativity – perfect ingredients for a lasting team building experience in Kempten. The CityHunters app connected all teams in real time and added extra motivation with live chats and interim standings. The mix of history, culture and high-tech turned the tour into an entertaining experience for everyone.
After exactly two hours all groups met again at Thomas-Dachser-Straße for the awards ceremony. In bright weather team Lesliar celebrated with 195 points. Second place went to Fanta 6 with 165 points, and third place to Team 2 with 150 points. The atmosphere at the prize giving was jubilant and proud – a nice finish to a well-rounded team building event in Kempten.
As the guide it was especially rewarding to see participants continue talking, laughing and discovering new sides of one another after the tour. The iPad Tour once again proved that a team building experience in Kempten can be playful, exciting and lasting – an event that resonates long afterwards.
