Team Building Event Greiwing logistics for you GmbH
The 16 participants from Greiwing logistics for you GmbH set off full of anticipation for our Geocaching event in Münster.
As the team guide I met the groups punctually at the meeting point Engelenschanze to get the day started. After a short introduction we explained the procedure and how to use the tablets with our CityHunters app so everyone was ready to begin the Scavenger Hunt. Three teams were quickly formed and the mission was clear: solve puzzles together, complete tasks and collect as many points as possible.
Then the group set off and explored Münster in a playful way. In brilliant weather the stations led to well-known spots such as St. Paul's Cathedral, the Prinzipalmarkt and the Prince-Bishop's Palace. At every stop there were tricky puzzles, creative team tasks and small discoveries that made the team building experience in Münster come alive.
During the tour the teams worked independently and competed in a friendly rivalry for the most points. I was available by phone the whole time in case any questions or technical issues came up — a quick message was all it took and the Scavenger Hunt continued.
The team building experience in Münster showed its best side that morning: teamwork, communication and shared fun were at the center. The mix of navigation, logic puzzles and joint activities strengthened cohesion and brought plenty of smiles.
After exactly three hours all participants met again at the starting point Engelenschanze for the award ceremony. In first place was the team Die ersten with 255 points, followed by Gummibärenbande also with 255 points in second place, and Team 3 in third with 210 points. The teams in places 1 to 3 received medals in recognition of their achievements.
It was a thoroughly successful morning full of discovery and friendly competition — a perfect example of how a team building experience in Münster can be fun and bring people together at the same time. I'm already looking forward to the next adventure in this charming city!
