The eight participants from Leypoldt Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbh met promptly at the Schlossplatz to kick off a lively team building event.
As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the group on August 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM and introducing them to the high-tech Scavenger Hunt. After a brief briefing on how to use the iPads and our CityHunters app, colleagues were split into two teams. Each team received an iPad as their hub, and the interactive adventure through Meersburg began.
Our iPad Tour blended history, culture and modern technology: the teams navigated independently to various checkpoints, explored areas around Burg Meersburg, the Neues Schloss and the Stadtpfarrkirche Mariä Heimsuchung, and solved tricky puzzles and creative team tasks. The challenges demanded observation, communication and collective ingenuity — perfect for a genuine team building experience in Meersburg.
During the Tour the two teams competed on their own and vied for the highest score. The CityHunters app displayed live scores for added motivation. I was reachable by phone to offer support if needed, without interrupting the flow of the game. The weather cooperated and helped create a cheerful atmosphere — ideal for an active team building experience in Meersburg.
After three hours everyone regrouped at the Schlossplatz for the award ceremony. It was a pleasure to present medals to the winning team as a visible sign of their strong collaboration. The mood was upbeat, colleagues laughed, swapped anecdotes and left with many fresh impressions.
The iPad Tour in Meersburg is more than a city exploration: it playfully combines technology, history and team spirit. As a guide it was especially rewarding to see how quickly the group gelled and how much fun they had solving the tasks together.
