Team Building Event Deutsche Zöliakie Gesellschaft e.V.
The weather was simply perfect today — sunny, warm and just right for our city adventure. On August 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming the 15 participants of the Deutsche Zöliakie Gesellschaft e.V. to Schlossplatz as a CityHunters team guide.
After a short introduction and the distribution of equipment the group set off in three teams. The mood was great from the start: curious, motivated and ready to rediscover Stuttgart. Our concept for team building experience in Stuttgart combines fun, puzzle-solving and active collaboration — and that showed in every task today.
The teams worked independently and competed for the most points by solving puzzles and mastering creative team challenges. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of technical questions or clarifications — but most problems were solved on the spot with a lot of ingenuity. The route took the teams past some of the citys most beautiful spots: by the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche, always with an eye for details that are easy to overlook.
For me, team building experience in Stuttgart means getting people talking, making different strengths visible and creating shared moments of success. That is exactly what happened today: laughter, concentrated thinking, bright ideas and small aha moments followed one another. The competition was fair, but the focus stayed on the shared experience.
After three hours everyone met again at Schlossplatz for the awards ceremony. The points showed how close and exciting the contest was: the winner was the team Der Hahn im Korb with 285 points, followed by Sonnenschein with 240 points and the Oldies with 195 points. Applause, certificates and beaming faces rounded off the afternoon.
It was a thoroughly successful day and a lovely example of how team building experience in Stuttgart combines fun, discovery and togetherness. Many thanks to the Deutsche Zöliakie Gesellschaft e.V. for their trust — I am already looking forward to the next adventure together in Stuttgart.
