Team Building Event GOLDBECK GmbH
The weather was perfect – sunshine and a gentle breeze accompanied our afternoon in Bielefeld.
As CityHunters team guide I welcomed 34 participants from GOLDBECK GmbH at Altstädter Kirchpark on August 21, 2025 at 3:00 PM. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app our iPad Tour began. The group was divided into six teams and set off full of anticipation: a real team building experience in Bielefeld that immediately created connection and motivation.
The teams were left to their own devices and competed in good-natured rivalry. At various stations in the city center they solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks. The routes led past well-known spots in the city, offering lovely views of the Sparrenburg and stations near the Kunsthalle Bielefeld as well as historic churches, always with the goal of earning points for the team. The team building experience in Bielefeld was thus playfully combined with a city exploration.
The CityHunters app was the hub: tasks, scores and challenges were delivered digitally, keeping the mood lively throughout. During the iPad Tour I was available by phone in case questions arose or technical help was needed. The mix of puzzles, teamwork and the vibrant setting of Bielefeld produced many laughs and intense shared moments.
After 3 hours all teams met back at Altstädter Kirchpark for the awards ceremony. The winning team Fanta 7 prevailed with 375 points and happily received their medals. In second place came Sevenandahalfman with 255 points, and third place went to DiesDasPiffPaff with 240 points. The closing round was warm and motivating — exactly what a good team building experience in Bielefeld is all about.
It was a fulfilling afternoon full of energy, fun and collaboration. Anyone looking to experience Bielefeld in a new way will find our iPad Tour to be a modern, interactive and sustainable form of team building event.
