Our event concept combines modern technology with playful competition and targeted team development – the iPad Tour is ideal for a team building experience in Zwönitz.
On August 8, 2025 at 9:00 AM I welcomed the group from Elektrotechnik Uwe Kunzmann GmbH at the market in Zwönitz. Twelve motivated colleagues arrived on time, received a brief introduction and were split into two teams. After a quick training on how to use the iPads and our app, we set off: the devices were the hub of the tour and guided the teams to exciting stations around the historic town center.
The teams were on their own during the tour and competed against each other in a friendly spirit. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and completing creative team tasks. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues came up. The weather cooperated and created a great atmosphere – perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Zwönitz.
The route took the groups past well-known spots such as the Trinitatis Church and the Saxon postal milepost, as well as through the lively market atmosphere of the town center. These sights were not only great photo backdrops but were also part of the challenges and encouraged teamwork. Observation, communication and creativity were required – exactly the skills a team building experience in Zwönitz aims to strengthen.
After exactly three hours all teams met again at the market for the award ceremony. To everyone’s delight Team Trödeltrup was declared the winner and received medals in recognition. As unusual as the result of 0 points may sound, the joy over the shared experience and the team spirit were clearly what mattered most.
As a team guide I always enjoy seeing colleagues strike up conversations, laugh together and discover new sides of each other. The iPad Tour remains a powerful format for a team building experience in Zwönitz – modern, interactive and full of shared memories.
