Team Building Event Rhönenergie Fulda Kundenservice GmbH
Our event concept blends curiosity, puzzle fun and collaborative action into a lively team format – exactly what we experienced at our Geocaching event on August 2, 2025 in Fulda.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 23 participants from Rhönenergie Fulda Kundenservice GmbH at noon at the Gemüsemarkt. After a short introduction and the distribution of materials the groups were divided into four teams and set off full of anticipation. The teams were on their own during the tour and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. I remained available by phone in case anyone needed support.
Our route led through the charming lanes of Fulda and offered striking viewpoints along the way: stops around Fulda Cathedral, St. Michael's Church and the Fulda City Palace invited moments of awe. Small puzzles and tasks appeared at every turn, asking not only for brains but also for team spirit. Sightseeing turned into an interactive experience — a wonderful kind of team building experience in Fulda.
The challenges called for creativity, problem solving and clear communication. Whether tricky codes, orientation clues or joint team tasks, every team member could contribute their strengths. It was lovely to see how quickly inhibitions gave way to conversation, laughter and new ideas. This lively togetherness is exactly what makes team building experience in Fulda so valuable.
In beautiful weather and high spirits the teams completed the three-hour tour and returned to the Gemüsemarkt for the awards ceremony. With a wink and much applause we crowned the winning team Rumpelpumpel — with 0 points, a result that sparked plenty of laughs and a celebratory mood.
For me as a guide it was hugely rewarding to see the city of Fulda become a playground for shared experiences.
