Team Building Event Siemens AG
Our event concept combines puzzle fun with city discovery: Murder Mystery Geocaching as an active team building experience in Fürth.
As team guide I welcomed fourteen participants from Siemens AG at Kohlenmarkt on July 31, 2025 at 2:30 PM. After a short introduction and splitting into three teams, the tour began — equipped with our app on tablet or smartphone, which showed the investigation stations and provided exciting case tasks. This links modern adventure with the classic city experience and delivers a genuine team building experience in Fürth.
Over the next two hours the groups wandered through the old town and past well-known spots: from St. Michael (Fürth) via the Stadttheater Fürth to the Kriminalmuseum Fürth — always following clues and traces. The teams worked independently, collected hints, solved puzzles and completed team tasks to earn points. I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or technical hiccups came up.
The weather was quite pleasant and added nice light moments to the good atmosphere — ideal for rediscovering the city. It was especially rewarding to see colleagues support one another, debate and laugh together; that team spirit is exactly what makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching a successful team building experience in Fürth.
When the agreed playing time ended, all teams met again at Kohlenmarkt for the awards ceremony. The ranking clearly showed how different strategies can lead to success: first place went to the team Die Küken und Betreuer with 285 points and they received medals. Second place went to Erfolgsteam 1 with 240 points, third to Kleeblatt (4) with 120 points.
As a team guide these events are always enriching for me: they promote communication, problem solving and togetherness — and reveal Fürth from a new, exciting perspective.
