Team Building Event MTS Medical AG
The 42 participants from MTS Medical AG arrived in Constance on July 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM and stepped into the roles of eager investigators.
As the team guide I met the group at Augustinerplatz and welcomed them to our Murder Mystery Geocaching, the perfect mix of suspense and fun. After a short introduction the participants were split into eight teams; each team received the assignment and set off with a tablet showing the crime scenes and puzzles in our app. This is how real team building experience in Constance begins: puzzling together, researching and rediscovering the city.
The teams moved through the city, drawing inspiration from familiar spots like Constance Cathedral, the striking Imperia and the Rhine Bridge. These landmarks became the settings for small criminal cases where clues had to be collected and tasks completed. Technology met adventure as the tablets guided them from station to station and the puzzles challenged both brains and team spirit.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed fairly for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for team tasks completed together, creating many small moments of success and amusing aha moments. I stayed available by phone throughout the game in case questions or technical problems arose.
The team building experience in Constance showed itself at its best that afternoon: colleagues collaborated, assigned roles and thereby strengthened mutual trust. The playful dynamic sparked new conversations, plenty of laughter and genuine team moments that extend beyond the game.
After three hours everyone regrouped at Augustinerplatz for the award ceremony. Under clear skies everyone enjoyed the results: winners were the team El Patrons with 300 points, followed by CP007 with 270 points and Butterbrot in third place with 255 points. The atmosphere was upbeat, and the feedback confirmed that this event was an ideal team building experience in Constance.
I am already looking forward to more assignments in this lively city — Murder Mystery Geocaching combines discovery, puzzle solving and teamwork into an unforgettable experience. Team building experience in Constance works in a playful and lasting way.
