Team Building Event STADTMAUS GmbH
Perfect summer weather accompanied us as we went Geocaching through Amberg, setting the mood from the very beginning.
On 24 July 2025 at 2:00 pm I had the pleasure of welcoming the 39 participants from STADTMAUS GmbH at the boathouse Amberg (Schiffbrückgasse). After a brief introduction and the distribution of tablets, six eager teams set off on their adventure. Right from the start it was clear this event was more than a game – it was a real team building experience in Amberg.
The route took the groups across the charming old town, past landmarks such as the Nabburger Gate, the school church and the Kurfürstliches Schloss. Each station offered tricky puzzles and creative team challenges that called for communication and ingenuity. The teams worked independently and enjoyed a friendly competition for the most points – I was available by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed help.
The team building experience in Amberg showed itself at its best today: the combination of shared challenges, beautiful architecture and playful competition visibly brought colleagues closer together. The tasks tested each group in different ways – sometimes observation was needed, sometimes team spirit and creativity. That led to many small moments of success and loud cheers at the right times.
After exactly three hours all teams met back at the boathouse Amberg for the awards ceremony. The rankings: first place went to team Karpfen with 270 points, followed by 5girls with 255 points and Winner with 240 points. The winners were delighted, and all participants left with big smiles and new shared memories.
This Geocaching event was once again a great example of how a team building experience in Amberg combines fun, discovery and togetherness. Anyone wanting to experience the city differently — whether at St. Martin, the Eh’häusl or the Kurfürstliches Schloss — will find ideal conditions here for a lasting company event.
