Team Building Event Forvis Mazars GmbH & Co. KG
The weather was perfect and provided ideal conditions for our Geocaching event.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the 50 participants from Forvis Mazars GmbH & Co. KG at the meeting point on Mühlgartenweg on July 18, 2025 at 2:45 pm. After a brief introduction and splitting into eight teams, the adventure began: a team building experience in Kernen im Remstal, live and full of energy. Participants received the instructions for using our CityHunters app, and then off they went.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks. I stayed available by phone the whole time in case of questions or technical problems, but mostly courage, creativity and good team spirit were enough.
Kernen im Remstal proved to be a perfect playground: between charming lanes and landmarks such as the Mauritiuskirche, the Alten Rathaus and the Schweizerhaus, teams found exciting clues and funny tasks. It was precisely this combination of city exploration and game that made the team building experience in Kernen im Remstal so valuable: you get to see the town in a new light while growing closer as a team.
After three hours all groups reconvened at the meeting point on Mühlgartenweg for the award ceremony. The tension was high: the winning team was 5 gewinnt with 405 points. In second place was Burg Y with 405 points, followed by Sevenup, also with 405 points — a real neck-and-neck race until the end.
For me it was a thoroughly successful afternoon: lots of laughter, focused heads tackling the puzzles and many moments that brought teams closer together. Anyone looking for a lively, active team building event will find in Geocaching the perfect mix of experience, competition and community. The team building experience in Kernen im Remstal was a complete success — we look forward to the next adventure!
