Team Building Event ReformKontor GmbH & Co KG

As the CityHunters team guide I was able to lead a lively Geocaching event for ReformKontor GmbH & Co KG on 18 July 2025 in St. Pauli. Eighty-one colleagues met punctually at 10:30 at the Landungsbrücken, received a warm welcome and a brief run-through of the schedule. After the introduction we handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and went over the key points about the game and navigation.

Setting off in 13 teams, the groups embarked on an exciting tour through the city. Our route passed well-known spots such as Miniatur Wunderland, the historic sailing ship Rickmer Rickmers and the lively Reeperbahn — perfect settings for surprises and small aha moments. Along the way the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing team tasks.

I was available by phone throughout in case any questions or technical issues came up. The motto was to solve things together, laugh together and grow as a team. The weather cooperated — pleasant and mild, just enough to lift spirits and let everyone enjoy the experience outdoors.

After three hours everyone reconvened at the Landungsbrücken for the awards ceremony. Tension rose as the points were tallied: first place went to team Hanf with 315 points, narrowly followed by Chia also with 315 points. Third place was taken by team Flöhe with 255 points. The joy over successes and the little anecdotes from the tour were visible during the ceremony and made for a particularly lively finish.

This event was another great example of how a team building experience in St. Pauli can work: exciting, interactive and full of opportunities to discover individual strengths and find solutions together. A team building experience in St. Pauli offers exactly this blend of adventure and connection — ideal for bringing colleagues closer together.

I am already looking forward to the next Geocaching experience in St. Pauli and to guiding more teams as they rediscover the city, have fun and grow closer as a team.
