Team Building Event 3C Holding GmbH
Winterberg presents a lively blend of tradition and activity – the perfect setting for an intense team experience.
On 11 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. I had the pleasure of welcoming 150 enthusiastic colleagues from 3C Holding GmbH at Dorf Alm Winterberg, Am Waltenberg, as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, 22 teams set off on our high-tech Scavenger Hunt through the town.
Our iPad Tour playfully combined history, culture and modern technology: participants navigated the town center, discovered corners around St. Jakobus Church and the St. Georg ski jump, and solved interactive challenges at notable spots. The mix of observation, creativity and team tasks produced many aha moments and hearty laughter.
Anyone who wanted to succeed in the team building experience in Winterberg had to prove that communication and strategy go hand in hand. The teams were on their own during the tour, competing directly for the highest score. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and completing tasks together, and time and again these challenges showed how much they strengthen collaboration.
I was reachable by phone throughout the tour for questions or technical assistance. After two hours of intensive city exploration, all groups met back at Dorf Alm Winterberg for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was fantastic, the weather cooperated perfectly, and the anticipation for the rankings was tangible.
Victory went to Team Zwei with an impressive 345 points. In second place was Team 5 with 315 points, closely followed by Team 9 with 300 points. Congratulations to the winners and a big thank you to all participants for their great effort.
