Team Building Event Ed. Züblin AG
Our event concept blends city exploration, puzzle fun and friendly competition into an engaging experience.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the 49 participants from Ed. Züblin AG at the war memorial in Friedrichshafen on July 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM. After a short introduction we explained the schedule, handed out tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app and gave tips on using the digital tasks. The participants were then split into nine teams and got ready for three hours full of discoveries and teamwork.
The route took us across Friedrichshafen’s city center to many well-known and hidden spots — including past the Zeppelin Museum, the Schlosskirche and along interesting stops on the history trail. The teams navigated the tour independently and competed in good spirits to collect the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, creative team tasks and finding small on-site challenges.
I remained reachable by phone throughout to help with questions or technical issues. It was often the brief shared aha moments at a station or the discussion about a tricky task that lifted the mood and strengthened the group. That is exactly what makes the team building experience in Friedrichshafen so valuable: the city becomes a stage for collaboration, communication and the joy of shared success.
After three hours all teams met back at the war memorial for the award ceremony. In perfect weather the top performances were honored and the day was reflected on together. Laughter, exciting insights and satisfied faces showed that not only the competition but above all the team cohesion had grown.
This Geocaching format is a great way to actively take part in a team building experience in Friedrichshafen. Whether a company outing or a company summer party, the mix of sightseeing, challenging tasks and shared strategy makes the experience in Friedrichshafen unforgettable — and helps teams come closer together.
